At Thomas Road, we believe that God has designed each of us with a unique S.H.A.P.E.  Our S.H.A.P.E. is the combination of traits that defines who we are.  Our S.H.A.P.E. also determines where our best ministry “fit” will be.

We will be most effective and fulfilled in ministry when we use our Spiritual Gifts and Abilities in the area of our Heart’s desire in a way that best expresses our Personality and Experiences.  Therefore, gaining an understanding of our individual, God-given S.H.A.P.E. is vital for experiencing success and fulfillment in ministry.
