Middle school students are at a critical point in life. They need guidance from leaders committed to encouraging them as they grow in their walks with Christ. There are many ways you can serve these impressionable young people.

Focus group team leaders are recruited from within the volunteers already working with the ministry. They are responsible for the overall supervision of a focus group, which includes facilitating lessons and investing in the lives of students, while equipping other group leaders.

Focus group leaders have a heart for connecting with students and building influential relationships with them. Each leader is to pray for, support, encourage and invest in the lives of a select group of students within their focus group. Group leaders must be available from 9:30-11:00 Sunday mornings and from 6:00-7:30 Wednesday nights. 20 positions will open up beginning September 2.

Surv Team leaders exist to spread the love and gospel of Jesus Christ in our community, and help students develop a heart for serving others. Surv team leaders assist with the planning and logistics involved with a community service team and train students to effectively minister in each setting. Another year of Surv will begin in October and there will be plenty of opportunities to team up in.

Sunday am guest services is a position filled from within our current volunteers. They greet and sign-in students, and answer any questions they have.

Musically talented people are encouraged to audition for the worship band which requires availability from 7:00-11:00 Sunday mornings, 6:00-7:30 Wednesday nights, and five hours of individual practice time, as well as one to three hours of group preparation a week. All members are expected to lead or participate in a focus group.

2 media specialists are needed to help with audio, lighting and video, which help to create an engaging environment during weekly large group services. Must be available from 8:00-11:00 Sunday mornings.
